WNYC (NPR affiliate in New York) will launch the Jonathan Channel

This stream will air on Iheartradio and tunein according to ************ and WNYC "The sounds of Sinatra, Nelson Riddle, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Mel Torme, Bing Crosby, Billie Holiday everyday" This means that Standards Music will be on this web feed and is funded by the members of WNYC.

Besides the streaming audio player not working on the WNYC.org site as of Sunday 11/3/13, the direct streaming URLs changed as well.

I found these by checking on TuneIn.com and iHeart.com (players are working on those sites):

    128 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo: http://wnyc-js.streamguys1.com/js-stream

    64 kbps, 44kHz, stereo, AAC: http://wnyc-js.streamguys1.com/js-stream.aac

    The Jonathan Channel pages:

    TuneIn: http://tunein.com/radio/The-Jonathan-Channel-s210375/

    iHeart: http://www.iheart.com/live/The-Jonathan-Channel-6433/

For all the complainers who say there's nothing on the radio for 60-plus. Now will they loosen up their wallets and contribute?
