92.3-HD3's new format?
« on: October 08, 2012, 03:01:54 PM »

With WFAN moving to FM, 92.3-HD3's simulcast of WFAN will be unnecessary. What do you think its new HD3 format will be, or will the HD3 simply go off the air and add bandwidth to the HD2?

Maybe they can move "Tony" to 92.3 HD3, and put 50's/60's oldies on 101.1 HD2.     Or maybe they could try Active Rock, or bring back the WNEW format.

I'm guessing 101.9 HD2 will remain Smooth Jazz, and they'll gain an HD3 broadcasting CBS Sports Radio.

I've been having a difficult time picking up WXRK HD-3.

Maybe this is a good move for CBS to simulcast WFAN 101.9.

Thanks,

How about bring back rock to new york! I hate you CBS! I would love to write a complaint letter to them on how they killed Rock for NYC twice! Good Job CBS!
