I dont use NVDA, I use JAWS. You could ask on the zone if you are a member there....
Honestly? i'd go with the two sound card option if i were you.
What area are you in, do you do currents, too?

I'll ask on the NVDA list. I'm in Seattle and do do some currents, though haven't recorded a lot since this summer.
