Binghamton Bearcats Radio "Network"?
« on: January 31, 2013, 05:45:41 PM »

On his broadcasts of Bearcats Mens Basketball Roger Neel identifies the games as being on "WNBF and the Binghamton Bearcats Radio Network."  Is it just wishful thinking, or are there any other stations besides WNBF carrying the games?

Thats less stations in the network than team wins for the Bearcats.  Suffice to say, that isn't many wins or radio stations.

This is two fold and many smaller colleges and minor league teams use the term "Insert Team Name Radio Network" or "Insert Team Name Sport Network" such as Eagles Hockey Network or whatever. The first fold is that it obviously makes it sound like the game and team is on multiple carriers. The second is that it recognizes any online streaming, audio and video that the game may be on.
