I also noticed that earlier today "The Edge" has added Bob Marley & The Wailers to the rotation.

I like it! Nothing wrong with a splash of reggae mon!

Since KDGE dropped Old School Edge, Edgeclub, and The Adventure Club, I haven't listened. I switched to Indie-Verse, 101x and KROQ and haven't looked back since. The KDGE of my youth is gone, replaced by bad on-air talent and even worse rotations. If Kade is supposedly the morning savior for this station, I can only imagine who/what his replacement will be when the station flips formats within the next 12 months.

That is the truth. I used to look forward to the mix show of 80s hits on Sunday night live from the Red Jacket.

I don't think there will be a flip in formats Chill. They have not removed the adventure club and have reinstated the 4 o'clock flashback a few weeks after was dropped due to popular demand Smiley

What is going on at the edge? Does anyone really know? now bobby has been let go or left. I am wondering if someone at clear channel is running people off at the EDGE?

I liked the Edge better when it was on 94-5. Better signal. 102-1 doesn't even get into Waco, while the other towers on the same patch of land do. Can't make sense of that.

There's a 102.5 in Waco (targeting Hillsboro) also a rock station.  102.5 The Bear

Heard Kade mention today that he was going to a Chili Peppers show in California while intro'ing Aeroplane.  Way to play to the DFW audience...He also referred to the "Navarro Era" as "underrated." Bleh.

...and when I'm headed south on 35 around Hillsboro, that's where I start to lose KDGE.
