C'mon dude, listen to another station, but thyre target listener is male 25 to 54......some of those people are grandpa's.....grandma's too. Sounds like you have more of an issue with them than that. because I think other stations suck and I dont bash them. just sayin  Shocked

The station doesn't suck.. at all. It's the best one on LI, IMO. I love many of the bands they play (GreenDay, NIN, Radiohead, etc.) The problem is, they don't play any new music... at all! They have a small, unvaried playlist, and for the non-casual listener, this doesn't work. They need to play new music and lose the 80's metal and then they would be (just about) perfect.

And, by the way, I think Lenny Diana is doing is a great job! Hiring him was a wise move. It's a joy hearing him and Rob Rush every day. I wish them continued success (and my fingers are crossed that they expand the playlist at some point!!!!) Smiley Both are alum of WLIR so there is at least some hope of hearing new music at some point.....
