107.9 to flip to KELO simulcast; Q95.7 to become Kool 95.7

The change is apparently set for tomorrow (Friday).  Officially, the current Kool's format will merge with that of Q95.7--whose current PD will move over to Lite 92.5.

I didn't get a chance to mention it earlier, but the flip did also result in a couple of call-letter changes:  107.9 (the new simulcast of KELO) is now KELQ (with the KELO-FM calls staying, instead, with Lite), and 95.7 is now KQSF.

Also, in retrospect, the new simulcast shouldn't have surprised me--considering how much Midwest Communications likes AM/FM Talk simulcasts (like WTAQ in Green Bay, WSAU in Wausau, and WKZO in Kalamazoo).
