E-skip 8/8/14 with 3 new AZ stations - late in the season

After having no Es since 7/20 I didn't expect to pick up anything else this year long-range on FM but today I was proved wrong! 3 new ones.

5:25PM - first signs of Es on 95.1 with "Drunk on a Plane" Dierks Bentley...
5:39PM - 95.1 KTTI Yuma, AZ; was my unid. Ad for Quechan Casino Resort in Yuma and ad for Boot Barn in Yuma, into "Thunder Road" syndicated show, also heard with a TOH ID at the top of the hour. NEW #375, 50KW, 1011 miles.
Also heard was 93.1 KLJZ with CHR music, at the same time that KTTI was strong, and 88.9 All Things Considered probably KAWC.
6:05PM - 88.1 KCFY Yuma, AZ; local KYTR with brief dead air, pulled in a sweet spot and nulled it out, this came in. Partial ID "Family Friendly....FY" and Christian Contemporary music. NEW #376, 3KW at 1011 miles. Not recorded because the "Sweet Spot" was so tiny...meaning one move and the dead air would take over again.
6:06PM - 88.9 which I thought was KAWC again, but just found out was KNPR 88.9 Las Vegas at 770 miles (relog). Wait Wait Don't Tell Me with Peter Sagal/Bill Kurtis, special "best of edition" - this weekend there is no players competing, no "Lightning Fill-In-The-Blank" etc. KAWC has Prairie Home Companion so not them.
6:17PM - 92.3 KTAR Phoenix, AZ; Arizona Diamondbacks baseball, relog at just over 1000 miles. Usually aired on KTAR-AM...huh?
long break of nothing, then
6:59PM - 95.5 KYOT Phoenix, AZ; TOH ID. Relog at 1013 miles.
7:00PM - 100.7 KSLX Scottsdale, AZ; local ad break mentioning the Wild Horse Pass Resort and a store (not sure which type) mentioning Scottsdale. NEW #377, 100KW at 1014 miles.
7:02PM - 92.3 KTAR again with Diamondbacks, then died

3 new logs is nice!

8/9 actually, it's a little confusing! Saturday August 9th, not Friday August 8th.

Now that the Arizona Cardinals have started their pre-season, they also broadcast on KTAR-AM, and if both a Cardinals game and D-backs game are being played simultaneously, one will be on AM, the other FM. The Suns are also on the AM side of KTAR, and if both teams play at the same time, the play-by-play is split.

Nice catches! Ever get KDKB, KNIX, KSWG, or here's a test: KCDX 103.1--if they're on the air.
