I did some research, and it turns out Salineville is served by Crystal Broadband. Either Time Warner sold the system or Zap2it got the company wrong.

All but Yale are in Sanilac County, in the far northern part of the market. Usually, the farther away from the major city in a market, the more cursed systems you'll find (and the fewer local stations they're likely to carry).
