Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

Even though this example is SD only (no HD on the cable) it warrants a mention

Park Region Telco, Browns Valley MN (Traverse Co/Minneapolis DMA)...right on the MN/SD border. Carries for its nets
CBS..KCCO Alexandria (Minneapolis) and KDLO Watertown, SD
ABC KABY Aberdeen, SD
NBC & FOX KVLY and KVRR Fargo, ND
PBS KWCM Appleton (Mpls market)

so the only "in market" nets carried are CBS and PBS

Midco Pepin, WI (Pepin Co/LaCrosse/Eau Claire DMA) has some MAJOR conflicting info between the Midco Site and Zap2it

Midco site shows customers get PBS, CBS and ABC from LaCrosse (their market) but also Minneapolis CBS, ABC, NBC, MY, IND (KSTC) and KTTC from Rochester (probably the low powered translator that is in LaCrosse proper since WEAU Eau Claire is so far away). Missing is ANY form of FOX
zap2it shows the FOX being LaCrosse FOX (WLAX) in HD
CW from LaCrosse is in SD

SD subs on Midco site shows Decades (WXOW-DT3), MeTV from KSTC, WXNation from KARE and KTCA-DT4 the 24/7 aeronautical WX
zap2it shows Decades, all 3 subs (Get, Grit, Comet) from WUCW Mpls CW, Me & AntennaTV from KSTC, Buzzzr and Movies!, Wx Now, Justice, H&I and aeronautical WX

The way I understand it is you cannot carry any sub from a station unless you ALSO carry the "main" station which would make the stations in bold illegal to carry there

There are some other markets that HBC have but in regards to the networks either the lineup is the same as already posted or in a couple cases any out of DMA station carried is in SD only

Harlan Community Television in Harlan, KY (Harlan County - Knoxville DMA): http://www.harlanonline.net/line-up.htm
Guessing this has been covered here, but they did update their lineup recently. It carries the Big Four from both Lexington and Knoxville, CBS Hazard, CW Knoxville, MNT Kingsport/Tri-Cities and Knoxville, and PBS Kentucky and Knoxville all in HD. SD adds two religious independents. Harlan is kind of odd because only one Kingsport/Tri-Cities station is carried despite it being closer to Harlan than Knoxville and Lexington.
