No Italian Show/Lutheran Church Mass on 96.1 (990 WNTY's Translator)

This is the 2nd Sunday in a row they haven't carried the Italian Show and Lutheran Church mass on 96.1 W241CG. Both aired on WNTY AM 990 as normal. What's on 96.1 FM instead? It sounds like someone's I-Pod hooked up to the transmitter playing at a low volume level. It's a mix of music that they normally play minus all the Commercials, Liners, IDs, and Top of the Hour Newscasts. Kind of strange. On some radios you can't even hear the lyrics to the music they're playing.
