On the KFYI website, I see C2C listed from 11pm to 5am. So isn't the first hour played at 2am from March to October?
According to the 790 KNST Tuscon website, that station also runs C2C at 11pm, with Clyde Lewis at 10pm, same as KFYI.
And when I say "evil plot," I mean that iHeart isn't worse than any other owner. If KFYI were owned by Entercom, Beasley or Cox, are we sure they wouldn't just run the show at 11pm all year, since during standard time, 11pm is the starting time for the show in the Mountain Time Zone? Cumulus-owned KIVA Albuquerque runs it at 11pm. KGAB in Cheyenne, owned by Townsquare, runs it at 11pm. And the iHeart stations in Denver and Pueblo also run it at 11pm. I realize they all observe daylight saving time. But I doubt if they didn't, they'd run the show at 10pm some months and at 11pm some months. Or run the last hour of last night's show at 10pm some months.
I agree with you that KFYI should time shift it between March and October, as it does Rush and Hannity. But 11pm is really the time it should go on the air in the Mountain Time Zone. iHeart may not be a great company but I don't think iHeart runs its stations any differently than all the other owners.
