Prior to Joining Entercom, Eric Brooks was at WTMJ Radio

WTMJ and W277CV/Milwaukee Director of Programming and News Eric Brooks will exit the Scripps News/Talk outlets. He's departing the duo ahead of Good Karma Brands' closing on its acquisition of the stations on Thursday. Brooks heads to Entercom News KCBS-AM and KFRC-FM/San Francisco as the pair's new Assistant News Director.

Sounds more like someone does not want to work for a Karmazin.

And it is a move up to a much larger market. Many of us have taken a pay cut to move to a better operation or a bigger market.

And I doubt Eric's taking a pay cut. He's trading a Director of News and Programming gig for the #2 slot, but he's moving from market #41 to market #4---non-union to union. This is a terrific move.
