IHeartMedia Sacramento Brings AC To 92.5 The Breeze

Totally know what you're explaining.
Probably a bad encode or original rip.

That's what I'm hearing too. I particularly noticed on "Can't You Feel The Love Tonight", probably only since I was using headphones. It sounds more like the source audio, rather than processing or the levels too hot. Either way, its unnoticable to 99% of the listeners out there and nothing in comparison to the horrid KHLX audio we were griping about years ago on this board!

Dave and Amanda, keep up the good work. Overall station sounds good and I do enjoy the music selection.

hmm... could be PPM encoding....

Ah yes, the PPM. The thing that ruined radio! <- I'm kidding. It certainly ruined KGO though. :)

No, it did not ruin KGO. It just revealed the "man behind the curtain."

AmandaBurd,

Finally figured out what the (not a) Lady Gaga song was I heard that morning. From how it starts out, it sounded like her. I stand corrected! It is Alicia Keys - “Girl On Fire”. The drumming seemed more like a CHR or Hot CHR song. Now after many spins it has sorta grown on me. 😁 Anyway...wanted to get back to you on that.

The station is sounding real good!

all good - thank you! Was worried it might have pulled a weird fill song or something. Its nice to get feedback from folks who notice the details!
