No as they have to honor the agreements already signed.
That's the problem with contract disputes given that when its widely reported it tends to be judged by broadcast owner vs. provider though and when you have a broadcast owner planning to merge with another broadcast entity during the dispute then the arguments get more uncertain though every time just like when the Viacom/CBS deal was then uncertain though during the AT&T dispute. At the time I was not sure if AT&T would shut down Viacom too if the CBS deal came in during the dispute though.
