Expired, Expiring, Canceled and Dismissed
- The FCC has dismissed the STA Extension request of K23HB Flagstaff (Prism Broadcasting Network Inc.) and canceled its license due to being off air for more than 12 consecutive months. Prism had requested a waiver of Section 312(g) of the Communications Act, which requires the dismissal of a license if the station is silent for more than 12 consecutive months. Prism claimed to be eligible for a waiver due to problems getting a tower crew for their digital operations, but the FCC noted that they voluntarily took their analog facilities silent when they didn't need to, and so were not eligible for a waiver of Section 312(g).
- The FCC has canceled the license of K36DU Lake Havasu City (Richard D. Tatham) and has canceled its digital flash cut construction permit. The station has not been operational for some time.
