"We are fortunate to own our broadcast tower, but we do not own the land on which it sits. We have been leasing the property in Independence, MO, but it was recently sold and the new owner is planning to resell it in early 2022."

It is interesting to note that this station, using a 3-month rolling average, gets a 0.1 in 25-54 and a 0.4 in 12+. Of course, age is not a factor with public support based stations, but it does show that the format has little appeal except with seniors. In fact, it behaves a lot like Pacifica stations in that respect.

Much of their programming should be moved to podcasting, with a more consistent, broad based and predictable on-air format full of promos for the podcasts. Block programming on the radio just does not work any longer.
