Not uncommon for low-power stations. The owner may not even be aware of this, and if they are, may not be able to get someone on site quickly.

WCRN-LD has been off the air completely all day. And when on-the-air, WCRN's AntennaTV feed on ch 31-6 has never been watchable - due to problems with their source for AntennaTV - which appears to be yet another LP - WVMA.
 
BTW, didn't you post the same report on another thread? Why are you so concerned? Aren't there other channels to watch?
