Where can I find a list of every station that is silent?

I want to know what full power stations and translators are silent across the country without having to look up each individual station. And also the reason why they are silent.

The FCC maintains a silent list. Silent AM and FM Broadcast Stations

It does not include reasons, just call letters and dates.

This is the list of stations that report they are silent. In my neck of the world, about half the silent stations file that they are silent, the remainder are hoping not to be caught. Many are for upgrades/moves, etc.

The only way to know is checking your locals and reading boards like this and FB groups.

Otherwise, it is like asking for a list of criminals who have not been identified by the cops... there is no such thing.
