How about KSR taking over 790, UK programming replacing UL since their games are on 93.9 and 970 now

lance wasnt the one who shared it.. some peopel are members and pay for it like me. .and not everything is behind a paywall... mainly the domain insight stuff is

WKRD or WKJK will drop sports. Louisville doesn't need 5 sports radio stations. Excluding WXVW (they don't subscribe), the 4 sports stations (I included WKJK) add up to a "gigantic" 2.7 (12+ number). If Louisville was a true sports radio market, they would have a really good station getting a 2.7 by themselves.

Some formats like sports can bill more than a non sports station with a higher 6+ rating. Sports talk usually show up very well in the male sub demographics which we will never see on this site. IMHO a sports station with a 2.5 usually will bill better than an oldies at 4.0 in most markets. I am sure there are exceptions somewhere but supporting 4 stations is better than most markets.

Same. Would make sense since the UL stuff is on another station(s).
I picture FOX SPORTS 790.
8/9/10AM - Tom Leach, KSR PreShow and KSR.
Noon - Nick Coffee.
3 - Afternoon underdogs.
6 - Big blue insider.

That's the same exact lineup I had in mind. WKJK's only sports show will be Eaves Sports Radio.

Earlier this week iHeart swapped their sports station and talk station in San Diego. I have been looking for that to happen here. In any event I can't believe that 790 would remain "Cards Radio" since they lost U of L play by play.

I keep looking to see if the call letters will end up changing. I don't see them keeping the WKRD. WKSR is out. No more WLGX.
