KROI has been dead air since last night. KMJQ HD2 is still playing praise

Cumulus just did with Beaumont TX and Lake Charles La...no studios in Beaumont anymore
And, as an ad market, those two are much more compatible... similar size, ad rates. While it seems to be like gluing together two adjacent markets, the question is whether local sellers can operate from anywhere in the two markets without having to go to "the office". With many stations now finding that sellers can be part of virtual sales meetings online and be out on the street early rather than commuting to the station office and then not getting to the first client until mid-morning, the need for a physical office is vastly reduced.

Did not want to start a new thread, so I’ll say it here.

850 am is sounding very good. I’ll do not know since when since I do not listen to a.m. radio much but it is broadcasting old-school songs from the 80s. I heard a few ads one was about getting tested for hepatitis the other ad was about steering clear to emergency personnel. But did not hear any station identification or anything.

Station ID should be there at the top of hour.

I'll give you a hint, the guy who helped out KMAZ-LP get back on.

Mr. Tejano, those 'ads' you describe are public service announcements (getting tested for hepatitis and steering clear to emergency personnel) and are aired free by radio stations.

what is your post referring to?

La Nueva was airing 2 different programs on each frequency. 94.1 translator was airing Pastor Hector Guevarra. 96.1 was airing a different preacher .
