Most of the music stations recovered post-holiday.

Top 5+ Demo Rankings analysis for ages 25-54, 18-34 + 18-49:
AllAccess Ratings Analysis - Jan. 2023

25-54: 1. WLTW 2. WSKQ 3. WHTZ 4. WKTU 5. WNEW 6. WBLS
18-34: 1. WSKQ 2. WLTW 3. WHTZ 4. WNEW (up from #10) 5. WKTU 7T. WAXQ 7T. WBLS (down from #3)
18-49: 1. WLTW 2. WHTZ 3. WSKQ 4. WKTU 5. WNEW 6. WBLS

It's a little disappointing to see the analysts barely mention WINS in their discussion since so many people are curious about how it's doing with the move to FM. RadioInsight didn't single it out at all, while AllAccess Research Director only noted that WINS dropped to #7 (4.6-4.6) in the 6+ category

Between WAXQ and CBS-FM it looks like the rock formats did great.

CBS FM is not rock. It is classic hits. Hot 97 needs help. I hope they don't flip. Hot 97 is synomonous with NYC.

According to RadioInsight, the 5.9 overall rating for WAXQ 104.3 "is not only an all-time record high for the frequency, but also the highest for any Rock station ever in New York."
I still think there is room in this area for a Jack type station that plays classic rock, along with a mix of newer rock, and pop.

ESPN's ratings are garbage they need to flip.
There's a better chance that you and I both get struck by lightning tonight.

With CBS-FM #3 in overall ratings but not in top 6 in 18-49 or 25-54 does that mean most if their audience is 40+? 50+? 55+?

Even though WINS ranking dropped its rating stayed the same. Interesting that WCBS-AM streaming is in ratings but WINS streaming does not (but no where close enough to bridge ratings gap between 2 stations)

Actually, WINS as a simulcast combo is about 50% higher in 25-54 than it was in the average of the six months prior to the start of the simulcast. It is now 11th in the market in 2-54, up from an average of 17th prior to the simulcast.

The monetary gain from being 11th vs. 17th is huge. 11th makes the station an important addition to transactional buys, while 17th means a station that can be skipped.

WINS Stream gets a 0.2 in 25-54. It can't be added to the over the air share as the commercial content is not a pure simulcast. The WCBS stream did not show, and has not since December. Prior to that, it was anywhere from 0.1 to 0.3.

That's because it's not Top 10 in any rated demo other than 6+
Yet in 25-54 WINS is up 6 rank postions from the average of 17th it had when it was AM only. That is a major story that is not being reported on. In a little over 2 months into the simulcast, they are one place behind entering the top 10 in 25-54!

The WCBS-AM Stream has AQH share as follows:

Or now included in single line reporting.
Or simply did not meet reporting standards.

Note that a station or stream of a subscribed group will get a "thanks for participating" 0.1 share if it gets any PPM listening at all.

Generally, a subscribed group operator can not be unsubscribed for individual stations.

If you were viewing the RadioOnline.com chart, sad to say it is poorly quality-controlled.

Looking at the AllAccess.com chart (available via sign-up subscription only),
there are actually 5 listings for "WINS" when including Cume Rankings. The listings should read:

AQH Share + Cume:

WINS-FM 4.6 share + 1,365,400 cume (news format)
(includes both WINS-AM + FM; total line reporting is used, Audacy chose the "-FM" suffix similar to WFAN-FM).
WINS-FM STREAM 0.3 share + 60,100 cume (news format)
WINS-HD2 --- share + 22,900 cume (Alt 92.3 format)
WINS-HD2 STREAM --- share + 11,700 cume (Alt 92.3 format)
WINS-HD3 --- share + 800 cume (Channel Q format)

18-49: 1. WLTW 2. WHTZ 3. WSKQ 4. WKTU 5. WNEW 6. WBLS
And I'm honestly surprised that 107.5 WBLS-FM and 104.3 WAXQ-FM rank relatively high in this month's New York City market ratings. I was expecting those 2 stations to do worse for whatever reason.
