On the date of this schedule, Fox launched its initial prime time lineup, which ran exclusively on Sundays until the network’s Saturday night lineup debuted on July 11. (Fox would not offer prime time programming during the work week until the network debuted its Monday lineup on September 18, 1989, though it wouldn’t be until January 19, 1993, that it began offering prime time programs on all seven nights of the week.)

For the first six months of its existence, dating to its initial launch on October 9, 1986, the network only offered programming in late night Monday-Friday (The Late Show, a Tonight Show competitor originally hosted by Joan Rivers, was Fox’s first regular program).

I already put in that schedule, omitting the shows that were also on April 5 to make it easier.
