Scripps acquires Florida Panthers broadcast rights for 2024-25 season from Bally Sports

BTW do u think there will be territorial dispute since SWFL since Ft. Myers and Naples are not far from the territory of the Tampa Bay Lighting?

In case of BSFL and BSSun, I think the Tampa teams might look at WMOR or WTOG while the Orlando teams might go to either WRDQ or WRBW. The former MNTV station WBFS might also bid to those remaining SFL teams but Scripps has Florida24 WHDT to cover WPB, Treasure Coast, and Boca Raton.

Except Florida 24 no longer exists. That is WHDT Channel 9 today which will carry those games for WPB, Boca, and the Treasure Coast.

No dispute. Southwest Florida is a South Florida sports territory. Once you get to the Suncoast and Sarasota, then it becomes a Tampa Bay sports territory.
