So the stream will not be interrupted.

I'm not expecting any mention on the stream because the stream is from 880 and there are no local announcers at this time.

I'd expect 98.7 will stop running ESPN at 11:59:59, and then do whatever Emmis has arranged.

During a commercial at 11:59 pm, the transmission switched from mono to stereo, hence the break in the middle of the commercial. We now have a Labor Day Weekend pop-up station known as TJ 98.7. The new format for 98.7 will be revealed on Tuesday morning.
