Not sure this is one of those cases, though.
You have Cumulus announcing that they're putting three of their frequencies (680,1050 and 104.5) in Levi's Stadium.
They've moved KSFO's intellectual property and programming to 810, and relinquished the KGO calls.
Instead of reducing the footprint in the building where they currently lease space, they're moving in with a competitor.
That competitor (especially if the Niners buy 680, 1050 and 104.5) could be a potential buyer for Cumulus' stations. San Francisco and its one remaining signal in L.A. are now outliers in the portfolio of what is mostly a medium-market company.

It's been 12 years since KRON moved into KGO-TV's building and it has not led to a duopoly involving the two.
