WRCR Haverstraw is now carrying WABC radio

So would putting new P.A. systems into his Manhattan Gristedes stores. Doing that might yield a positive ROI, unlike burning cash to buy some non-entity AM station way up in the AM band tundra at 1700, next to the TIS's where nobody but us ever ventures.
In Manville, NJ there was a TIS on 1700 kHz (WPSH468) which had to move down to 1690 when WRCR took over that frequency. But that was when WRCR was closer to NJ. Now their signal is considerably weaker here, and the TIS could probably move back to 1700, where they wouldn't get blasted at night by the skywave from WPTX.
Yet 100 khz up from 1700, hams communicate across the country and across the ocean at night with 100 watts.

After Red Apple’s Purchase of WRCR, What’s Next for the Rockland County AM?
Following the sale of Alexander Broadcasting AC WRCR in Haverstraw, NY to Red Apple Media, parent company of talk station WABC New York, WABC’s feed has been airing on WRCR’s
IF the sale to Red Apple is coming, the simulcast could be an LMA. If that’s the case, they have 30 days to post the details, redacted if necessary, to the WRCR public file.
I’m (not at all) sure that the owner of WRCR knows this and will comply.

Would it be feasible to move WRCR to more populated areas to the south and east, perhaps Westchester County, or even the NJ Meadowlands?
There aren't a lot of other stations broadcasting on the far upper portion of the AM band that could have interference issues. Originally the towers were somewhat closer to Westchester County, in the Nanuet area.
