Who is the voice of Legacy Group Capital?

I’ve been wondering about this for years. If you listen to the radio long enough (particularly to local news or sports talk), you’re bound to hear commercials that are voiced by a particular person. He’s the voice of one commercial in particular that’s in heavy rotation right now (Legacy Group Capital). I always wondered who this was, because they have an incredibly good voice and a very distinctive delivery style.

Any clues on who it could be?

Oh I’m sure you’ve heard him on KXL at some point. Whoever it is voices tons of ads for local businesses and companies. I’ll have to try and think of a specific example of ads that are outside of Legacy Group though.
 
Could that possibly be Dave Ross? He used to be with KIRO and CBS Radio, and has a smooth, distinctive delivery. (He was doing PM Drive at KIRO when I lived up there, and that's 45 years ago.)

Definitely not Dave Ross. I’d recognize him right away. This voiceover artist sounds a bit different (and not quite as deep).
 
If you can think of some other ads you've heard this voice on, please update. I know Jeff Laurence voices some stuff, but you most commonly hear him doing Optima Tax Relief.
