Las Vegas The Vibe has joined The Revolution: ANCO acquires Heftel’s Highway Radio Stations.

If all the Former Highway Stations (Highway Vibe) stations are included in the sale, as a previous post mentioned, then perhaps the Revolution Branded dance format (simulcast) may probably come back to the three signals, 98.1 Barstow, 98.9 Laughlin, and of course the main Vegas signal on 99.7 ..? Maybe.
I’m starting to think that could be a possibility. The Dance format is currently on HD2 at 98.1 so if they’re expanding the Revolution this would play into the factor.

May 11 (2026)…

….The Revolution begins!

They must have literally just changed the message. I've been listening in the car and hearing trailers but they never mentioned the date. What time? Kinda want to listen to the changeover.

And they need to update their RDS. It's been displaying the same song being played for days.

Looks like ANCO has phased out the “Vibe” (as well as the liners) and is now sounding more like WZFL. Even the commercials spots have disappeared save for the Cameron Law TOH IDs. As for the launch, they’re saying it’s a warning.

At least there are other stations around somewhere else, that are still known as The Vibe,
such as WVBW 100.5 in Virginia Beach 😂😅😉

RDS has changed to The Revolution but there is an audio issue. No music. Just some noise.

Kinda funny that 99.7 HD2 is still just a loop of IT themed AI songs (probably created by Suno) for ISP.NET. The HD3 still features KNAC.
