KZJL has replaced the test pattern on 61.3 with Estrella Clasico, presumably a “best of” past programming. Could not find anything about it on the corporate website, but it appears Estrella now has a third programming option.

“Estrella Clasico” now on KZJL 61.3

I'm in town right now and all I've been seeing is a tease for "Estrella Games" that airs before the station ID for the .3 subchannel. Maybe the branding for "Clasico" was temporary?
This article from May makes it sounds like the Games outlet was the final version for that channel - likely on in other markets now or soon: NewFronts: Estrella Launching AVOD Channel for Gamers

The same test pattern that was on 61.3 prior to the "Clasico" launch is now on a newly added 61.6, so we should assume an additional programmer will soon launch on that subchannel.
Elsewhere New Tang Dynasty has appeared on 45.4. This had been on a KYAZ subchannel for a number of years before getting booted to one of the LPTVs around 18 months ago.
Also Cozi is back on KTMD, this time on 47.4. It had been on KUBE for several years, but prior to that was on 47.3, now home to NBCLX.
