I still haven't listened... but no one I know has listened, is talking, or cares about what Jimmy is doing in the morning on DaveFm. You would think there would be SOME kind of buzz about him?

Hey Jimmy... how bout some clips of the show on the website? Podcast? Something!

Why would there be?
 
He needs to speak into the mirophone, stop begging for phoners.

Don't talk to Fram on the air or bring up the X/history.

Let Yvonne take the lead selling the show and station in and out of breaks.

Mara would bring the show full circle.

I like Jimmy and want to see him do well.
 
I agree-Jimmy's skill set isn't introducing the station, news or songs. He's got to let Yvonne do some talking...to save his own skin. Bringing in Mara for some cross talk at the end of the show would be a significant benefit.
