For anyone not familiar with the conversion, that's nearly 1,000 miles. Well done, Eduardo. Please keep us informed with your future catches during this, your summer/our winter.

In Vallejo, CA

Day - Nothing

Night - Very Weak KUZZ, At 6 I hear like News, Before that sommething about Rihanna and Calvin Harris

From Hillsville Virginia to Fort Mill South Carolina....for the complete length of I-77 through North Carolina...and from Kernersville North Carolina to Morganton North Carolina...a good chunk of I-40 in the state, 550 kHz is pretty well owned by WAME in Statesville during the day...and with only 500 watts. It is significantly less at night, but 53 watts on that frequency well covers Iredell County, the home base.

Later . . . .

When I worked @ AM 550 in Statesville doing ball games at night I sometimes could hear the 550 from Gainesville,GA in my headphones.

In Memphis in the daytime: slop from WHBQ

at night: usually KTRS but I've also picked up KTSA

From south of Pittsburgh just the other night I was listening to WGR, Buffalo.
This was a first (I think because local WWCS-AM 540 in Canonsburg, PA seems
to be running at reduced power).

WKRC Cincinnati is a regular catch from just about anyplace in Ohio, but
strangely I have never caught them here.

Far northwest suburbs of Chicago....

KTRS weak under WIND splatter during the day. KTRS also usually on top (and stronger) at night.
Have also heard KFYR, WSAU, and WKRC at night and/or sunrise/sunset.

Ditto to all of Cyber's loggings...maybe someday I'll hear WGR or KTSA...at least I keep trying...

From NE NC car radio. 550 days, nothing (a local on 560). Sunrise/sunset WSVA Harrisonburg, VA, WGR Buffalo, NY and WKRC Cincinnati, OH.
