XEMO is pretty much a local for me, dominating the channel day and night.

Located in Western Washington.

Nighttime on 860 it's mostly a mix of KPAM and the CBC (prob. CFPR), with KTRB's Deportes pounding in from time to time. In the 1980's I logged CBKF-2 Saskatoon, XEMO Tijuana, and a CBC LPRT when CFPR used to be silent overnights.

Daytime: local WWDB(ethnic station, formerly WTEL)
Night: usually CJBC from Toronto

From NE NC car radio. 860 days is WEVA Emporia, VA. Sunrise/sunset and nights is CJBC in Toronto. Sometimes CJBC is heard a couple of hours before sunset.
