Not so easy to do given the petition to deny renewal filed against the licenses and the entanglements with their financing, leasing, tower obligations and on and on..

Expect this to go on for a good while longer.

The owners of 1580/103 have had money problems for years. I don't know if they ever got their IRS problems cleared up or not. The owners also hadn't paid state and city taxes. The fact they owed back taxes to the city most likely killed their move to the city owned Lincoln Theater.

Sell the stations and let someone who knows what they are doing buy them. Both stations are an embarrassment to broadcasting.
