According to noted sports media critic and New York Post columnist Phil Mushnick, Citadel is considering dropping FSR in Nashville and possibly on more stations because of disturbing comments made Monday night.
104.5 went to FSR programming during the stoppage during the Preds game against Detroit after the Red Wings' Jim Fischer had a seizure on the bench. FSR hosts began talking about the situation and ended up making several inappropriate comments, considering at the time Fischer was unconscious and being shocked to re-start his heart.
104.5 then cut in with an apology for the comments of the FSR hosts and other programming was aired.
