FROM THE PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER:
Tomorrow morning is the expected sign-on of a new station at what was Sunny 104.5 FM. Though owner Clear Channel is keeping the format under wraps, signs point to Spanish programming. Clear Channel is planning a private party for tomorrow night to launch the format - but the party spot won't be divulged until 9 a.m. tomorrow. Why the secrecy? Could the format reflect the venue? Could be unrelated, but I hear that Cuba Libre in Old City has 200 people on the books tomorrow night. The station at 104.5 has been playing the same "rhythmic adult contemporary" music as Philly's 106.1 since that station launched Aug. 10.
