Well, maybe, but there would be -- as we say in Mississippi -- "a hitch in the get-along."
Translators outside the "Reserved Band," those on 92.1 and above, must be fed by another FM signal (which, may be another translator). They may NOT be fed programming by a satellite, for instance. That means for Air1 to be put up on 97.7,
et. al., EMF would need a primary station locally to translate. Interestingly, with the new AM translator rules, they might have used 1180 for that, but chose not to.
