105.7 The Groove gets Bigger, Better & Louder Labor Day Weekend

"One station...Two crap signals...105.7 and 96.7 The Groove."

Placing all CC stations on ignore once again, exactly where they've been since 2005.

Kind of odd Boomer on 96.7 said, "Let's do this again tomorrow". Did he even know lol?

Well that was it..............a simulcast. I think most were expecting something more. We'll have to see if this station evolves or just stays the same.

They now redirect The legends website to the Bull I guess the Bull will be around for quite some time. I wonder will the Bull Tweak their music at all?

I have a superpowerful FM-TV antenna on the roof in Stockbridge and 105.7 still came in crappy but with 96.7 crystal clear i now get the groove. Guess i am going to stick with 94.1 and 99.7 for my CHR fix.

I don't think this would have happened at all if Cox hadn't blown up The Beat on 95.5 and made it News Talk.

Clear Channel is clearly responding and going after the former Beat audience. They probably see themselves and The Groove 105.7 + 96.7 as the station most capable of gaining listeners from the Beat. Which most would agree.

Only time will tell. I do know the 105.7 signal stops in my car just past the Newnan exit on I-85 south. With 96.7 maybe that will take them to La Grange and beyond. They're probably more interested in the area closer to south Atlanta though.

They should definitely get higher numbers than the former Legend got...........a huge plus for CC.

It's been evolving since The Beat signed off.
