Most of the people who were fans of Wolfman Jack in the late 1960s and 1970s (his heyday) are well into their 70s now. If there is any time for XEPRS to be running those old Wolfman Jack tapes one last time for old time's sake, it is now. Because many of them won't be here in ten years.Wasn't XEPRS airing Spanish-language Catholic programming for a short time? That was after The Mighter 1090 Sports Radio ended.
Wolfman Jack died in 1995, so those tapes are 30 years old or more. I remember when Wolfman Jack's tapes ran overnight on 660 WNBC in NYC.
And neither will XEPRS.
