1710 AM ALERT: Spanish station heard on out of band frequency (about 6PM)

On my Sangean ATS-909 and my Delco car radio, I heard a spanish station on 1710. No, it's not bleed from another station. It's the real thing. It was playing Spanish new age/light tempo music, sometimes back to back. Then I heard an SS woman talking. I did not hear any ID except for "mobile". Check your radios NOW! Spanish station on 1710 AM. Check it!

Are you sure it wasn't a harmonic of 570? (570x3=1710). Where are you located?
 
It's not a harmonic. It's probably a pirate.
