This aircheck of a long forgotten station is something of a rarity I guess. WSEX was at 92.7 FM. The station was known as "top ten radio".

Perhaps others can provide more of a history of the station in this time period.

When the station took the call letters it was a national news story. IIRC, the FCC had just loosened up rules regarding call letters and their "meaning". WSEX was one of the first to take advantage of this ruling.
