2 "Sharks" from TV Show Shark Tank are Sued by 20 Plantiffs for Fraud

While I don't remember the name of the company, several months ago I was getting tons of ads in my FB feed, with O'Leary's photo and a quote supposedly from him, for an investment company where one could invest in businesses looking for cash to fund their concepts, etc. I did a Google search for that company back then and found lukewarm reviews, some being unhappy that their $$ would be locked in for a long while before they could "cash out", etc.

Not a fan of People magazine. This pertinent fact should have been in the lead paragraph: Attorneys for O'Leary and Harrington issued statements saying their names and likenesses were used without permission.

I've seen ads on webpages claiming to be something endorsed by someone from Shark Tank, also Dr. Phil or Dr. Oz and others that I figured were scams and never looked at them. It sounds like these people may have been scammed and need to be suing the scammers if they can be caught up with, but they may be stuck.
