But are the anchors the same? I don't think the story selection is the same.

SRN is mostly used on religious radio stations including the Salem Christian Talk and Teaching stations. Townhall is mostly for conservative talk stations including those running the Salem Radio Network.

This has been what I’ve always noticed as well. Never really paid attention to an SRN newscast to see what the difference is.

I heard SRN on two different classic country stations.

Townhall (and I think SRN before that) was on the standards station in Charlotte, which was co-owned with several Christian talk and teaching stations. When the music wasn't bringing in enough listener donations, the standards station went back to simulcasting the Christian talk and teaching.

WLAD in Danbury CT which is conservative talk carriers SRN News. Could be an exception.
