250 feet to the roof...advice?

We would like to send aes...but using a repeater or booster is out of the question.

Our building is rather tall...sits on a ridge...without any help from antennae...it is a lightning collector.
 
I got ten+ years on a Fibox box without troubles. Pay close attention to its clocking scheme. We master clock everything, but if you don't, you need to feed the FiBox equally clocked signals.
