3 SEATTLE SPORTS RADIO STATIONS NOW ON SECONDARY HD CHANNELS

With the launch of 102.9 Now, KJR 950 Sports Radio is now simulcast on KJR 95.7 HD 2. The Cool Oldies format that was on that HD channel is gone.

This now brings 3 AM sports signals to the HD Radio dial:

710 ESPN (aka KIRO AM) is also heard on KIRO 97.3 FM HD 2.

1090 The Fan (aka KFNQ AM) is also heard on KJAQ 96.5 FM HD 3.

950 Sportsradio KJR as before mentioned is also heard on KJR 95.7 FM HD 2.

At least with the HD feeds, no one need listen to the static that some of these stations on AM have as you drive around the Sound.

Since I live in the North Sound, just curious if anyone knows if they replaced the Classic Rock feed on the new KYNW 102.9 with the Cool Oldies format? A similar 102.9 Now in Dallas runs the Cool Oldies on its secondary channel.
