so Im expecting WRPS Rockland or WGAO Franklin. But Im actually hearing WLIU Southampton LI, NY!!???? its not fading either. Its been constant with jazz for at least a half hour.

Yes, there is some tropo around tonight. About an hour ago, I was hearing Classic Hits 104.9 WFMZ Hertford, NC quite well, 509 miles away.
 
I got a few Boston, Rhode Island, and Cape Cod stations at the NJ shore this evening.
