New Orleans 89.5 WCWD Expands WWNO's Classical Music to the Northshore

Surprised a faith based retirement community would build a station, but then looks like enough wanted it there or quick Programming agreement.

104.9 is actually Fed by WWNO HD2 as well as 90.5 in Houma (which has its own cp for a new transmitter), and I'm guessing this station will be fed same way.

Station according fccdata will run 5.9kw at about 300 ft from Near Folsom directionally favoring East. With null off backside

Yes, I heard it was on Wednesday afternoon, and the station ID now includes 89.5, 90.5, 104.9, and 89.9 HD2. Now I'm hearing WPCS Pensacola - Rejoice Radio, which is what usually came in on 89.5.

WCWD has to protect both 89.3 WKRF Baton Rouge and 89.7 WPAE Centreville, so it has very little power to the west. Not hearing anything here in Picayune. They'll likely turn it on later this afternoon.

I love practically in Killian. Nothing. At all. Heck I can get WTUL and it's not suppose to get up here either. Sane for z1045 and wtix
I’m sure WRKF’s HD signal wipes out whatever weak signal you should be getting. I’ve heard the 89.5 signal from a web tuner in Mandeville
