91X resumes RDS station/music info after missing for a year or more

I've seen that too driving through the Carmel Valley area. KDSC-FM's RDS seems to bleed over sometimes even though the signal is clearly XETRA-FM. (91.1 KDSC rebroadcasts 91.5 KUSC in Thousand Oaks.)

My receiver usually displays 91X and Artist/Title on 91X.
