93-7 the Wave is in Search of an Exceptioal Air Personality

Can we please dispense with the forum manners and grammar lesson and get back to whining and bitching about radio stations and corporations? No Corm thread in over a year now.

Hey, I just realized that I, too, work for a powerful station east of Albany, NY. therefore, my opinions are at least as relevant as "newkid's". Possibly more so, since I ACTUALLY LIVE IN THE MARKET. (Sorry to "Joe it" there).

Back to the original topic - It appears that Judy Pancoast, better remembered as Judy Michaels when she teamed with Bud Sawyer on WPOR, as well as more recently on Boston's WODS for weekends & fill-ins, has been tapped to handle the midday slot on 93.7 The Wave. Congrats to Judy!

As an aside, Judy's more recent full-time pursuits have been in music that have garnered her a Grammy award nomination.

As MickeyD alluded to, he has also been able to put together a list of people not to hire, of which you are now at the top, it would appear.

I live in Boston and make $40,000 a year. His job pays less than that and isn't in Boston. Do you seriously think I would relocate for that job?

You can do the show from home I believe the morning guy does.
