What do you mean, The top 1 & 3 talkers in the United States on an FM potentially bringing in tons of numbers is not a scrap heap.... and who's to say that The Bull might move to 96.1? (The same amount of WATTS, 99,000)

WKHX 101.5 is at 1079 HAAT with a slight power (1KW) and height advantage (101 foot). Apparently it did not help them this rating period. Content and programming do matter.
What are the "top talkers"? I thought WABC 770 AM New York market #1, and WGN 720 AM Chicago Market #3 would be # 1 and 3.

And the point would be?
The Bull would move to 96.1 and therefore, WGST would move into 94.9. The Project 9-6-1 would move to 105.3 and elPatron would move to 96.7 and 92.3 translator.
How is this so hard to understand? The Bull would not be moving to the scrap heap.. they'd be put on a just as equal signal.
